Q: How often should I clean the shower faucet?

A: It's generally a good idea to clean your shower faucet at least once a week to prevent the buildup of mineral deposits, soap scum, and potential mold or mildew. Regular cleaning helps maintain its appearance and functionality. If you live in an area with hard water, you might need to clean it more frequently, perhaps even twice a week, to tackle limescale buildup.

Q: Does this product include a built-in shut-off feature?

A: Our product offers two types of valves: the thermostatic valve, which includes a built-in shut-off feature, and the pressure-balancing valve, which does not have this feature. Please ensure you select the appropriate option based on your needs.
