At EVERSTEIN, we want you to feel completely confident shopping with us. If your purchase isn't the perfect fit, please review the Return Policy below to understand how cancellations, returns, and exchanges work for our products.
Order Cancellation
At EVERSTEIN, we are happy to process order cancellations as long as the order has not yet been shipped. If your order is cancelled, the refund will be credited back to the original payment method used.
Kindly note that once an order has been shipped, we are unable to cancel it. To avoid any inconvenience, please reach out to us as soon as possible if you need to cancel your order before it has been shipped.
Return
Within 90 Days - If you aren’t satisfied with the quality of the items you receive, you may initiate a Return Request within 90 days from the date of the item’s arrival. All return requests are subject to evaluation, and our friendly Customer Service will be glad to guide you through it.
For a smooth return experience, please note:

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. You can take a photo and contact us to confirm before sending the item back.

Our customer service team will provide a return address for you to send the item back.

If the return is initiated by the customer for personal reasons, the customer is responsible for covering the shipping costs. However, if the return is a result of our error, such as a damaged product or quality issue, EVERSTEIN will bear the shipping expenses.

Customized orders or items are not eligible for the return policy.

If you receive a damaged package, please retain the original packaging and take photos of both the package and the damaged product. Contact us at info@everstein.com or call +1 (888) 666-8220 within one week to report the issue. Our team will work to resolve the matter as soon as possible.

Exchange
We don't provide replacement service due to accidents, natural disasters, operating errors, incorrect use of the environment, deliberate damage, failure to disassemble the product, damage, etc. We are happy to serve you in the following situations:

Damaged Items: Your arrived items are damaged due to transportation. When your order arrives, please inspect the carton for any damage that may have occurred during shipment. It is normal for the shipping carton to show some wear. However, if damage occurs to the item(s) in your shipment, please retain the box, the packing materials, and the items inside and either message us or call us immediately.

Product accessories are missing when they arrive.

During the limited warranty period, if the product to be replaced is discontinued or out of stock, etc. EVERSTEIN will provide products of other sizes, types, and colors at the same price for a replacement. Please email us and provide the order number, pictures, or videos for the fastest service.
Refund
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within any applicable return days as applied by your bank. Typically, within 24-48 hours for PayPal or 7-10 business days for credit card transactions (subject to your credit card company or bank's processing time).
Late or missing refunds (if applicable):

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company; it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at info@everstein.com. We would be happy to provide you with a refund voucher to present to them.
International shipments: If we ship your order to your country and you fail to communicate with the shipping company to arrange receipt of your package, the shipping company will destroy your package, and you will not be refunded by us. Nor will EVERSTEIN take the item back or reimburse you for the cost of the item or shipping.
