Shipping Charges We offer free delivery for all orders within the United States, except for Alaska, Puerto Rico, Hawaii, APO, FPO, DPO, and International orders. We apologize for any inconvenience caused and are here to assist you with any queries or concerns regarding shipping fees.

Arrival Time Estimate Once your order is placed, it will typically be processed and shipped within 1-2 business days. For items in stock, you can expect delivery within 3-5 days. However, please note that pre-order items may take approximately 2-4 weeks to ship. We appreciate your patience and understanding in this regard.

Delivery Schedule To ensure a smooth delivery experience, we kindly request that you make arrangements in advance. The shipping carrier will contact you 24 to 48 hours before delivery to coordinate the schedule based on their availability. Deliveries are typically made during regular business hours (Monday through Friday) within a 4-hour window.

For smaller items like lamps, pillows, or throws, we utilize courier services for prompt delivery. Please be aware that couriers do not schedule delivery times in advance, and they don't require a signature upon delivery. If you're unavailable to receive the package, it will be left at your doorstep.

In order to facilitate a seamless delivery, please inform the carrier of any circumstances that might affect the process, such as dead-end streets, narrow driveways, island locations requiring ferry access, specific parking requirements for the delivery truck, or alternate delivery locations like a side door or garage entrance. Additional fees might apply for special delivery requests. We appreciate your cooperation in this matter.

Delivery Appointment To ensure a successful delivery, the shipping carrier will contact you 24 to 48 hours before the scheduled date to confirm and finalize the appointment. Generally, delivery times fall between 7 am and 6 pm on the designated day. For orders shipped to multi-dwelling residences, the recipient's presence during delivery is mandatory, regardless of the signature-on-delivery option chosen. Failure to be present during the scheduled time may result in re-delivery or return fees.

Storage Fees (Special Case) To streamline the delivery process, the carrier will make every effort to schedule delivery promptly. If, for any reason, your order cannot be delivered within 5 days of initial contact, a daily storage fee may apply. To avoid potential storage fees, we kindly ask that you promptly respond to the carrier's call or reach out to them as soon as possible.

Monitoring Your Order We recommend closely monitoring the status of your order to minimize any potential fees such as re-delivery, storage, or return fees. Once your order has shipped or is ready for delivery, we will send you a notification email. Important Note Please be aware that our delivery service does not include installation or assembly. However, all necessary tools and parts required for assembly will be included in the package. Shipping FAQs

Item Damaged Although we take extensive precautions to ensure safe delivery, damages can occur during transit. We kindly request that you inspect your package or item upon arrival for any damages or defects.

If you discover any issues with your delivery, please contact our customer service team within 24 hours of receipt. For face-to-face deliveries, note any damages or defects on the delivery receipts and bill of lading, reporting it to our customer service team within 24 hours. In case of severe damage, kindly reject the delivery and clearly state "Refused Due to Damage" on the bill of lading.

If damage is discovered only after the carrier has left, please reach out to us promptly, providing details regarding the package's condition upon receipt, how it was received (left at the front door, signed for, etc.), and a description of the damage.

To facilitate the investigation process, you may be requested to provide photos or videos of the damaged area. Please refrain from discarding shipping boxes, product packaging, or the product itself until further instructions are provided. Additionally, do not return the item to the warehouse without first contacting customer service and obtaining a return authorization. To ensure a successful resolution, please follow the carrier's claim process.

Note To ensure successful processing of any damage claims, please follow these steps:

  1. Keep all original packaging, including shipping boxes and product packaging.
  2. Retain the damaged item for possible inspection by the carrier.
  3. Contact our customer service immediately to report the damage and request a return authorization before returning the item to the warehouse.
  4. Provide any requested images or videos of the damaged area to assist in the claims process.
  5. Follow the carrier's claims process to ensure the claim is processed successfully.
