Most EVERSTEIN products are backed by a 5-Year Limited Warranty, giving you added confidence before and after installation.
This Limited Warranty applies to all EVERSTEIN products purchased from our official website or authorized sellers. Please review the specific coverage periods and terms below.
Excluding Electronic Components and Batteries
For the original consumer purchaser, EVERSTEIN warrants that its faucets will be free from defects in materials and workmanship under normal use for as long as the original purchaser owns the home where the product was first installed.
What is a Multi-Family Application?
Purchases made by a property owner who does not reside in the residence where the fixture is installed. Includes rental homes, apartments, condominiums, and leased residential properties.
5 Years from the date the product is received by the original purchaser or their authorized representative (e.g., installation contractor).
1 Year from the date the product is received by the original purchaser or their authorized representative.
If a covered product or component is found to be defective in materials or workmanship during the applicable warranty period under normal use, EVERSTEIN may, at its sole discretion:
Repair
Repair the defective part completely free of charge.
Replace
Replace with a new or refurbished component equivalent.
Refund
Refund original purchase price if repair/replacement is impractical.
* All warranty decisions will be made solely by EVERSTEIN.
🛑 Chemical Cleaning Product Alert
Do NOT use cleaning products containing abrasives, alcohol, or organic solvents. These substances may crack, damage, or severely discolor the premium product finish. Use of prohibited cleaning chemicals completely voids this warranty.

Provide your original sales receipt, order confirmation ID, or verifiable checkout purchase documentation.
Submit an explicit description of the issue along with high-resolution diagnostic photos or videos. Return the component at your own expense if requested.
Upon official claim verification approval, EVERSTEIN will package and ship your designated repair part, replacement unit, or issue a refund.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, any implied warranties, including warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose, are strictly limited to the duration of this Limited Warranty. To the extent permitted by law, EVERSTEIN is not responsible for incidental, indirect, special, or consequential damages.
Some states/provinces do not allow limitations on how long an implied warranty lasts, or the exclusion or limitation of special, incidental, or consequential damages, so the above limitations or exclusions may not apply to you.
This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights which vary from state to state or province to province. This Limited Warranty is the exclusive written warranty provided by EVERSTEIN and is completely non-transferable.
