This Limited Warranty applies to all EVERSTEIN products purchased from our official website or authorized sellers.
EVERSTEIN Parts & Finishes (excluding electronic components and batteries)
EVERSTEIN warrants to the original consumer purchaser, as long as the original purchaser owns the home in which the product was first installed, that its faucets are free from defects in material and workmanship under normal use. For commercial purchasers, we provide a ten(10) year warranty period from the date of original purchase, for multi-family residential applications, and a five (5) year warranty period for all other applications(e.g., offices, restaurants, hospitality, public facilities). Notice that the term”multi-family residential applications” means the purchase from authorized EVERSTEIN retailers or distributors by a purchaser who owns but does not live in the residential dwelling in which the faucet is initially installed, such as in a rented or leased single unit or multi-unit detached home (e.g., apartments, condominiums, rental properties).
EVERSTEIN Electronic Parts
Electronic parts purchased from authorized EVERSTEIN sellers are warranted to the original consumer purchaser to be free from defects in material and workmanship for (5) years from the date that the product is received by the original purchaser or their authorized representative (installation contractor, etc.). For commercial purchasers, for one (1) year from the date that the product is received by the original purchaser or their authorized representative (installation contractor, etc.). No warranty is provided on batteries.
What EVERSTEIN Will Do
During the applicable warranty period, if a covered product or component is found to be defective in material or workmanship under normal use, EVERSTEIN will, at its sole discretion, either repair the defective part, replace it (or the product) with a new or refurbished equivalent, or refund the original purchase price if repair or replacement is not commercially reasonable, with all such determinations being made solely by EVERSTEIN.
What Is Not Covered
This Limited Warranty does not cover:

Damage caused by improper installation, accidental damage, misuse, abuse, negligence, or improper maintenance;

DO NOT USE CERTAIN CLEANING PRODUCTS. Cleaning products that contain chemicals such as abrasives, alcohol, or other organic solvents may damage, crack, or discolor the faucet’s finish. Use of cleaning products containing these substances will void this warranty.

Normal wear, discoloration, mineral deposits, or environmental factors such as corrosion due to aggressive water conditions;

Damage caused by freezing, fire, flood, or other acts of nature;

Labor charges, installation or removal costs, shipping, or handling fees;

Products modified in any way or used with non-EVERSTEIN replacement parts;

Batteries, consumable items, or accessories not manufactured by EVERSTEIN.

EVERSTEIN shall not be responsible for incidental, indirect, special, or consequential damages, to the extent permitted by law.
How to Obtain Warranty Service
To obtain warranty service, the original purchaser must first contact EVERSTEIN Customer Service via the channels provided on our website www.EVERSTEIN.com or by phone at +1(888) 666-8220; then, provide valid proof of purchase, such as the original sales receipt, and a description of the defect, along with any requested photos or documentation. If deemed necessary by EVERSTEIN, the purchaser may be required to return the defective item at their own expense, unless otherwise stated. Following the evaluation and approval of the claim, EVERSTEIN will proceed to fulfill its obligations through repair, replacement, or refund as outlined in this warranty.
Implied Warranties and State Rights
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, any implied warranties—including implied warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose—are limited to the duration of this Limited Warranty.
Some states do not allow limitations on implied warranty duration or exclusion of incidental or consequential damages. In such cases, the above limitations may not apply to you.
This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights which vary from state to state.
Others
This is EVERSTEIN Company's exclusive written warranty, and the warranty is not transferable.
