Warranty Policy

At EVERSTEIN, we are committed to delivering high-quality bathroom shower faucet sets that transform your bathroom experience. We stand behind our products and our customers, offering the following warranty services to ensure your satisfaction and peace of mind.

Warranty Coverage
We guarantee to the original purchaser that all parts of this shower faucet system are free from defects in materials and workmanship, with a lifetime warranty.

Repair and Replacement
Should the product exhibit defects in material or workmanship within the warranty period, we will repair or replace the product at no charge. However, you may be required to provide an invoice as proof when requesting repairs or replacement.

Please note the warranty does not cover the following situations:

  • Damage to the product caused by improper installation, misuse, unauthorized repair or replacement, or abuse (including damage during shipment).
  • Damage to the product caused by improper dismantling after installation.
  • Damage resulting from abnormal water pressure and impurities in water pipes is not covered under this warranty.
  • Rust on the product due to insufficient care and maintenance is not included in this warranty.
  • Damage caused by natural disasters such as fire, flood, earthquake, electric storms, etc., is not covered under this warranty.

Return Policy

We are committed to ensuring that you are completely satisfied with your purchase. If, for any reason, you wish to return your EVERSTEIN bathroom shower faucet, please review our return policy below:

30-Day Return
EVERSTEIN offers a 30-day return window from the date of delivery. Within this time frame, customers may return their bathroom shower faucets for a refund or exchange.

  • Condition of Returned Items: Products must be returned in their original condition and packaging, including all accessories and manuals. Items that have been installed, altered, or damaged will not be eligible for a full refund or exchange.
  • Proof of Purchase: Please include your original order confirmation or receipt as proof of purchase when returning an item.
  •  Return Shipping Costs: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product is defective or the return is a result of our error. In such cases, EVERSTEIN will provide a prepaid return shipping label.

Refund Process
Once we receive your returned item and it passes inspection, we will process your refund. The refund will be credited back to the original method of payment within 5-10 business days.

Defective or Damaged Products
If you received a defective or damaged product, please contact us immediately at or call our customer service at +1(888)666-8220. We will arrange for a replacement or refund according to our warranty policy and applicable laws.

Custom-made or specially ordered items are not eligible for return. Additionally, products purchased through unauthorized retailers or second-hand cannot be returned through EVERSTEIN's return policy.

How to Initiate a Return

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact our customer service team at to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
  2. Pack the product securely in its original packaging.
  3. Include all paperwork, parts, and accessories.
  4. Write the RMA number clearly on the outside of the package.
  5. Send the package via a traceable method to the address provided by our customer service team.
